The story behind Paper & Process
My journey didn’t start in a corporate boardroom; it started on the front lines of daily business operations. Spending years working as a professional bookkeeper and an office manager, I had a front-row seat to the internal mechanics of how businesses actually run. I saw firsthand that growing organizations rarely fail because of a lack of vision or bad ideas—they hit a wall because their backend systems become too chaotic to support their growth.
I was consistently the person untangling messy spreadsheets, reconciling disconnected data, and trying to build functional workflows out of fragmented file storage. I realized that the "paper" (the raw data, the financials, the research) and the "process" (the daily operations, the project management) were completely disconnected in most small businesses and nonprofits.

I became passionate about closing that gap. I wanted to take the raw data and fragmented processes and transform them into clear, actionable systems.
